Samuel Carlson is the managing broker and owner of SC Realty LLC, a Florida real estate brokerage he founded in Pensacola in 2025. He became a licensed Florida real estate broker that year, after being licensed in Texas as a real estate sales agent from 2018 to 2024, with more than four years of active licensed experience. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, with coursework in real estate principles, finance, and law. He helps buyers, sellers, and rental owners from Pensacola to Destin, and in other Florida areas by request.
Samuel works directly with each client and keeps you updated from first call to closing.
