SC Realty LLC follows the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. We use the same rules for every buyer, seller, owner, and renter. We don't write ads that show a preference for or against any group of people.

For homes inside Pensacola city limits, we also follow the City of Pensacola's fair housing law. It also protects place of birth, age, marital status, military status, and ancestry.
